Emily Dixon

My name is Emily Dixon and I am a camera-woman and editor, with a Film and Moving Image Production degree from Norwich University of the Arts.

I am currently work as a digital content assistant for a local newspaper, creating and managing content for the newspaper's website. I also help to film and edit videos for the new local TV station in Norwich, producing news pieces on the Norwich Jobs Fair, British Superbikes testing, Football press conferences,  and have produced the Mustard weather, from design to the editing of the forecasts each day. 

 

From University I have gained experience in creating short films from conception through to post production. I have a wide range of skills from the editing software Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier and Adobe After effects, to filming on Canon XF100, Sony Z1 and Canon 500d cameras.
